Alas, after the Fed’s recent confirmation/announcement regarding raising interest rates, we believe that crypto assets will be affected significantly as the asset class as a whole will face a completely different macro environment for the first time.Since the financial crisis in 2009, the Fed has never really been in a “let's raise interest rate” mode with the exception of a few occasions that would eventually get reverted due to the market’s reactions.

Once the market cools, you got 99 problems: taxes, grass and weed maintenance, fence construction, city tickets, neighbors wanting you to cut trees down, illegal dumping, slip and fall, and etc.

@Jay Hinrichs I haven't seen the rural stuff hit 2% except for one guy and he earns it.  1.5% is the high norm I'd guess.Got a buddy, 'high grass Joe', that operates in small markets like Ephrata and Royal city.

I think you could get the material for a gabion wall that would be more attractive, not toxic, maybe create a garden area rather than grass that you have to mow.
