Based on the people who have contacted me for a loan and have just “graduated” from these mentorship programs, my opinion is that most of the “knowledge” they’ve received ranges from totally useless to dangerous, and often of dubious legality.

Example: my son and his friends booked out one of my houses- (I offered it as a graduation gift to them for their senior trip).

At least the drug dealers who have graduated beyond selling on the street corner.

(And have been in the same field for over 10 years + Recently graduated with a higher degree)I may add more questions, but those are mymain ones right now. 

Graduate from college and even supplement your income more.

I did graduate, barely, ironically with a BS in economics.

I went to school for Architecture and after graduating went and worked in construction.

All in all, in the future I would like to do BRRRR deals but while I'm in graduate school I'd like to purchase something that needs less work/ no work.

I had a High School graduation party rent my place in 2020 ended up with half the high school partying in my house.

My personal opinion is that it depends on what their graduate studies are in.
