I've gained a lot just from asking questions and reading through posts in just a few months on the forums.Also - note that there is an upcoming meet and greet this Thursday in Fall River.  

Please share some of your stories or experiences with seller financing ANY insight or ideas would be greatly appreciated. 

Would the experience gained from property like these be good enough after owning it for some time.

Since its already held for a LT-Capital gain he can just sell it and wont take too big of a hit to purchase a new home -- if he doesn't qualify.

Has the surveyor or permit specialist given you any insight on types of ownership or requirements you'll need to get your shortplats done?

If you are a buy and hold investor what are you actually gaining?
