When I do a bid walk, and the potential client does not know what they want, I usually end up on the high end because of a couple of reasons, i need to cover all that they don't know, all that they might demand and don't want to pay for it, anticipate the extra days i have to pay employees because the client cant keep up his end, or simply not feeling the fit.
