I wouldn't be against more extensive inspections for frequent fliers on the violation list though to ensure they are providing adequate housing and that things aren't simply going unreported that are major safety issues.

I have extensive restaraunt experience and business management experience plus a few friends that have ran bars and restaraunts, brought up revenue and the number of customers each night at multiple restaraunts.

I got tired of copy-pasting info into Excel to see if a property met my cash-flow requirements, so I made a Chrome extension to do the work in one click.Would anyone else find this useful?  

I have a lot of experience in these things, and I wouldn't touch this one with a ten foot pole...with and extension.

How extensive is the fixing you do? 

Like @Larry Turowski said you can always come up with the difference and refinance at 75% LTV.If you cant, I would call the hard money lender and ask for an extension.
