If you bought 4 a year for say 3-4 years and had 12-16 properties and 3,000-5000k a month in a much more passive and steady stream of income then wholesaling could ever be.

Also new to bp and lots of ppl here to network and grow with.

I believe bigger pockets will be a great medium to help me grow my network.

Over the 3 yrs the son never stepped into an landlord role ever.

Im a father of one; she my angel. 6 years old and growing like wildfire and have one more on the way.

Who ever might be a little interested in selling their home, they will call and we will talk about what it would take for them to sell.
