@Aron Cohen You have to go through the city with rezoning, and getting approved to have the usage code marked down to a SFR 1 unit dwelling.

Im not above any task, Im currently out cutting grass in neighborhoods around me  (which I might add is great for driving for dollars and getting your name out) and doing some video editing on Craigslist when the demand is there.Everyones input is greatly appreciated and Happy Investing!

Hello Bigger Pockets Family,I am currently involved in probably one of the biggest wholesale deals I've seen outside of those "Guru" videos scattered all over YouTube. 

I went to pickup a multitool based upon the results I had seen from a few YouTube videos to cut out the grout and assist in cleanly removing each tile piece.
