I am really happy that I decided to take that dive!!!

Right now, I am deep into my journey of buying my first multi-family property.

Most books are written from by marketers/"thought leaders" so they will not dig deep into asset management because it is not their forte. 

My hunch is that the RE scene will be fairly competitive during a downturn since more folks will be prepared for it this time, and many, like you, are waiting for the opportunity to dive in deeper.

The only tip I would give you is to relax and take a deep breath, consult more people ( which you are doing right here on BP) and keep running the numbers.I hope it works out and am rooting for you.

I don't know why he just went off of the deep end, but now he doesn't even respond to my emails about these deals/the company.
