I can’t seem to find any similar services out there. we’re going to do a security system with cameras & alarms, but it’s in a dicey area so I don’t think that will deter vandalism all that much. 

Maybe about high 5 digits.

(Creepy seller has video cameras, “what do you want” automated Voice recording by front door, TV on all the time even if nobody home.)

At $775 rent and $70K this house isn’t going to net much of anything and the return will be in the low single digits.

Each unit has it's own line and those lines have Sensus digital water meters on them.

You at the very minimum want to cashflow $100/door on MFR and have double digit cash on cash returns in 90% of the markets.

Sure the interest isn't double-digits, but I'd much rather make 3% than 0.2% in a money market for literally 3 minutes more computer effort.  

If (when) builder's margins return to pre-pandemic levels, home prices could realistically fall by double digit percentages.
