I'm very familiar with self managing in terms of the tenant screening process, getting the tenant moved in, and maintenance etc issues during tenancy, but this will be the first time I'm trying to prepare for a tenant move out.

Setup dummy accounts and run them through what would be (as close to normal) day to day process and see which one works best for you.

I'll be going through a few of our fix/flips, buy/holds  and our lead generation, acquisition, renovation, and disposition process -- good ones and bad ones too!  

I sub out all of the work myself and just need the design part.

But I'm also in the process of brainstorming building names since it currently doesn't have one, and that's a lot of fun!
