The nice thing about it is if a customer files bankruptcy, you collect pennies on the dollar if anything, but with credit insurance, you collect a lot more.

I have customers in NYC that are in their late 80s and bought properties many many years ago for prices that back then were considered Insane (40,50k) and now they're properties are worth 1-3mil and are renting 2400+/mo each apt.

If a realtor is willing to work without exclusivity, I question why they place so low of value on their time - maybe they are new and have no customers.
