A lot of people moving here from the SF Bay and to a family trying to find a house it all seems like a steal to them I'm sure.

Imagine "Bob" owns a pawn shop and a neighbor down the street "Phil" breaks in one night and steals $10,000.00 in merchandise from Bob.

On top of that they are damaging the properties or stealing the appliances.Will the world change?

Talking to the extremely friendly wholesaler the property was going for what I thought was a steal 130k!!

What if you chose to hire some rando handy man who isn't licensed and such and they steal everything in the apartment you let them in while the tenant was at work.

Landlords are the only people in the world who get vilified when people steal from them.

While I see the struggles of the working class in America who have been systematically screwed by the system for decades, stealing housing ala Robin Hood is a really stupid way to try to alleviate the issue.

If you flat out say you do not own it and you do, maybe there’s a bigger reason why you are saying you don’t, like you don’t trust the shady looking person, that may see you as an easy target, to refrain from stealing from you by not paying rent or taking stuff when they leave.
