My closing costs were about $1500.I did a buy and hold and don't know much about the BRRRR as I'm no good at creative financing yet and don't have a lot of cash to work with... so this may not be what you are looking for. 

There are all kinds of skyrise apartment/condos and the arms of towering cranes announce the arrival of many others in the upcoming years.Building amidst this explosion of growth was genius for the discount furniture retailer!  

I am particularly interested in learning creative ways around money and credit right now until I'm prepared for large financial investments or loans that rely on personal credit.

I think I get it...I'm going to need some creative financing to make these numbers happen...like Owner-financing.

There are creative ways to be 100% financed though.  

I've found GoBundance and Collective Genius and 7 Figure Flipping. 

I think in a market like this you have to become more creative.  

These arent deals you want to mess around with and wholesale or try to get creative with lease options and wraps.
