One thing to look for is whether the units are separately metered for electric - if they are then the conversion was probably done above board.As far as location thats going to depend on your budget.

If you are looking for ways to track/calculate principal and interest payments, you can use loan amortization excel template, plug in the principal amount, loan date, interest rate, and the number of years to pay and it will show you the monthly breakdown/details you need to track the loan.

Typically, we aim for about 60% in profit at the sale in year 5.In five years’ time, the units have been updated, tenants are strong, and rent accurately reflects market rates.

They run a tight ship on screening and have a almost non-existent eviction rate.

I am not familiar with the rates for GC services so wondering what advice any of you could give.
