I had the perfect lease start time and end time but I let my renters do an extra month at the end of their lease (after staying for two years) and I feel that an end date of end of September is better than an end of October, in terms of catching college students, etc.What do you think?

The home was located in a country club with extremely high monthly HOA fees, and there just weren't a ton of buyers in the market.So the house sat on the market for about 9 months before we decided that we had to do something drastic to catch the attention of the few potential buyers that did come through the house.
