Just working for free does not pay for the 10s of thousands of dollars that I have learned over the years that I can teach someone.Even though I have been doing this for 18 years, I still take a class about every year.

Looks like I am preaching to the choir here, but I believe working class people’s life in America will continue to become more difficult.  

I know you can get all the appraisal classes you'd ever need for like 1400 in my area.

I attended some classes with Bill and Kim Cook in Cartersville, Ga., and was hooked big time. 

If I have 4 million dollars, I will retire tomorrow regardless my age because I know I will never use up the money (with a middle class lifestyle).

Also, I'm seeing C class value adds with cap rates the as A class properties.

The area is growing at a rate of 5-8% depending on class of investment.

The managing broker who ran the course I took years ago told the class that wholesaling was not legal lol.

That is the question.It's 30 min from Travis AFB, Napa Valley, Six Flags, a few Nature destinations, and a harbor for smaller boats. 

I started taking my licensing classes and in between the 2nd and 3rd class COVID hit and shut everything down.
