Greetings,I’m new to real estate investment and I was reading one of the BRRRR blogs and it stated that one of financial goals regarding Margin should be at least 20% of the value after remodel.So here is my question, Does it mean the amount you invest in the property after you rehab should be at least 20%.  

If you're tech savvy you can probably set up a WordPress site where they can fill out a simple form for basic screening, which will still require work but is more effective than responding to every single email.The other option is to list on the MLS, which will have agents bringing you their clients. 

I have heard great things about Bigger Pockets and started listening to their podcast and want to be more involved on the site.

I just logged onto this site about 4 days ago.

Some foreclosures post on auction sites, some are in-person through the county.

I plan to use excerpts of different books including Scott’s Set for Life as well as podcasts and blog posts from BP—like this one and a couple from The Money Show.

So a recent BP blog was posted regarding the pitfalls of turnkey investing for $30K properties, which I totally get.  

I have been looking around on Bigger pockets for a month or so and do not see a ton of activity in my area (I might not be looking in the right areas of the site).
