Of course start with letters and payment demands but then move it to the courts, get the judgement and do what you can on the collections front.As others have said PM should be leading the way on this

I always say only one buyer gets it, but that means there were 19 other buyers out there with POF or PA letters that took time with agents to write good offers that are actively looking for property.

I use the same form letter each time.
