Questions for investors investing in Indiana: Since Indiana operates as a title state, do you, as an investor, utilize an attorney to review contracts when purchasing off-market listings?

I’d check your lease language to make sure you are clearly stating this as a pet fee and not a deposit if you are not returning the funds at the end of the lease.

It also states that we can terminate the lease if mold is found.

I would love to do an investment in another state.

I have a fund seeking to make section 8 investments on 4 or fewer unit properties in landlord and tax friendly states such as Nevada, Florida, South Dakota, Utah, and Tennessee.
