I just googled PropTrend and it shows up on a ton of scam reports as it seems like it is often being sold by "gurus" as part of a very expensive and worthless package.

The pool contractor who was asked to work at the first season Vanilla Ice Project house (in the high-end Wellington community of Versailles, which at the time was rife with foreclosures) refused to work for free, so someone had to pay for some of big-money goodies we saw in each show.Led by the phony and exposed House Hunters, HGTV's entire slate of "reality" shows are a scam and insult to viewers.

And when you consider you can become a real estate agent from home for less than $100 and you only have to get a 70% score on the exam to pass as an agent and only 75% to pass as a broker, unfortunately it means there are a lot of C students in this industry.Plus, when you throw all the scams and shenanigans into the mix, it gets a million times worse.
