Hi everyone,Asking for some advice on specific condo/townhouse communities you are aware of in Coppell/Plano/Frisco ISD which have units priced at <$200K (preferably <$150K) and would attract higher-quality tenants with school-age kids due to the excellent schools.

At least I do.The problem with that in reality is two fold: first we are in the information age, so everyone knows about the project long before it's even approved.

Very sad to hear but sounds like you will grow from this and probably smile about it in 5 years if you choose to "move on" and make great things happen.

Making money on the buy is an old saying, but it is really making equity on the buy.My final comment "Lastly is you make money on the buy not the sell." regardless of it's age will withstand the test of time for the simple reason that purchasing properly regardless of market conditions greatly enhances your odds of having equity.

You are in a situation that can help you grow if you will let it.
