You will have no equitable interest in the property based on the Master lease, so I would suggest also having an Option contract in place to secure your right to purchase the properties.

If folks have any suggestions for good, mutually beneficial organizations (not ones that want to charge me $150 just to listen to the same old presentation), I'd love to hear them!

I’ve read through multiple posts of people asking about a HELOC on a seller financed property, but what I’m wondering is if anyone has done so on a home purchased “Subject To” the existing  note?

We also spoke with our trusted realtor; we had our realtor assess the home and of course our realtor suggested making some updates and listing it.
