We will be expanding the property, likely quadrupling the size of the available RV sites, adding more cabins and glamping options, adding a marina, adding an aquapark, bringing in food options for guests, better marketing, etc.

From the southern end of San Diego by the Mexican border all the way up to the northern end of Los Angeles county.

There are bears in the area, so there is a rule of no food in the pods, and they do not rent in the winter, because this is a ski area with snow. 

My condos are in an area with a very high percentage of 1st generation Mexican, Central and South American immigrants who are hard working, appreciate the opportunities afforded them in this country, appreciate the safe environment that the condos afford, are respectful of the property and pay on time.

Obviously they decided to work in from Redford, Grosse Pt, and Mexican town.

The tenant should have Renters Insurance since it would cover the Loss of Use of the property and provide payment for temporary accommodations, food, laundry, etc.
