Attend and maybe join the REIA for your area.

I would also suggest joining your local REIA.

I joined the team and can honestly say I have never been around such a large group that sincerely has the best interest of others and not just their personal benefit front and center.  

I read your story quite interesting, yea the air industry needs a makeover for us guys working hard to be pilots :(I look forward to joining your website and getting some info.

They cost 100 dollars a year to join and they are filled with experaianced investors wanting to help.

Is it bettr to design a site yourself or join an established site as an affiliate that directs leads to you.

Not to mention the financial rewards (their RE portfolio must be worth at least $50 million).Taking her advice, I joined a local real estate club (CFRI) and within the next three years I hope to quit my corporate job and flip, rehab, and rent property full-time.
