You can be in the middle of no where, as long as it is easy access coming and going.

After shopping around a little bit, this company was in the middle as far as price per square foot, said they don’t charge any other installation fees, fees to drill holes, etc.

Also it had some really strange mods done, that needed removed, like a wall that was built right up to the middle of a window, it could be opened from either room, so I guess that’s sort of a bonus???
