We have had tenants pay a full year rent many times and with good reason.

@Nathan Gesner Disagree with this post as I’ve bought several properties with existing tenants that I’ve significantly increased the rent on and had no problems.

As a reply to a few posts, I would be utilizing it as a primary home for the first year to meet that requirement but then move out. yes, I am referring to the DTI.
