I would encourage you to listen through all of the podcasts here on BP, especially the ones that specifically mention wholesaling - a wealth of knowledge there.Then, get active on the forums!

It also seems more professional and legitimate for tenants to interact with an entity rather than a person. 

Set up a keyword alert for your area and interact with the other people in your area as much as possible.

Of late, I have kept a watch on a few properties on Auction.com myself.What I have determined being new at this, that there is much knowledge I lack to make an informed offer.Marlene, I would encourage you to closely watch from off stage before grabbing the microphone.Attend a few courthouse auctions, learn about risky deeds, hidden liens and shaky titles.For a novice, I know what I don't know.  

BP is full of supportive and encouraging folks with a ton of knowledge.
