So if your PM company just wants to keep collecting their fee and do whatever they want with zero response to a customer inquiry.....since they just don't have time for your small time BS.....then yeah I have an issue with that company's service.PM disagree with my desire to want to raise rent....ok....fine..... its not too much to expect a brief email or phone call to explain why ....that's it.
