I am new to the real estate world.

Anyone investing in a product new to them is never going to have perfect knowledge going in; extensive knowledge is accumulated over time, and, well, if you wait for perfect knowledge you’ll never invest.  

I added my latest rental property to Stessa then clicked the button to syndicate with Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads.

I have no reason to not trust this agent because he has been very good to me so far but there was no disclosure of this until I read through the contract.

We chatted about it over coffee, and she decided to take the plunge.

I hit 2 years at this home and tried crunching some numbers to see how much I would need to sell my current home for to break even with escrow/interest/reno costs.

Also was wondering if I would need a real estate license to wholesale in PA or the surrounding area. 

Any recommendations on key cities / towns within Ohio / Indiana that I should continue to research to further narrow my focus?
