And maybe you don't like the sound of "Buyer's Agent," but if you want the inside scoop with REO properties in the Pittsburgh area, you are going to need to speak with myself, or one of the other few agents who are willing to go through the brain damage that you will certainly encounter. the trick is having somebody who knows the ropes be there, and explain the process to you.

On the several REO's that we have made offers on, they are all just a little different in what they require as an offer, some require a full fledged signed contract as an offer, while others just a simple letter.Get one of your real estate freinds in with you and make him/her a little money in the process, and tell them to take you to a nice dinner when you close for giving them the opportunity.
