Obviously, the key is in the psychology of them verbally agreeing to do something you have asked them to do.

I'm very mature for my age, I have learned a lot and will continue to learn, and I am (obviously) incredibly ambitious.

I've obviously been convincing because at least one of them has asked if he can buy in on the next property.

At this rate I should have four houses on my own and three more with the partner by the end of the year and if I can double that total I won't have to work anymore.

Get some totally unrelated hobbies and build your life and travel stories.

That will obviously take time, so may not be as much of an issue with your 1 year lease if you can line it up right. 

Totally agree, my problem is that I'm a complete control freak and think I need to have everything figured out in order to move forward but that's just not realistic.

Obviously, it kind of sucks for us to discover foundation issues but a smart seller I would imagine realizes that he is just going to have to deal with this issue coming up again with the next buyer if he ends up sending you away so I am trying to hold my ground while being reasonable.

I just discovered bigger pockets podcast and LOVE it, I am an avid reader, and obviously I am here in the forum!

If buying cash, this obviously is not an issue.
