see above from my state regulator I got tired of is this legal or not I shot over a marketing piece from a local wholesaler and this is the response I got. 

I’m “impatient” to buy a home because our landlords have defaulted on their mortgage and are selling...and for the last five months they have refused to repair the hvac and I’m tired of paying rent every month (always pay early/ on time for the last 29 months) and I told the landlords that they need to agree to end the lease early because it’s  not okay for me to keep paying them rent and they won’t fix a major item and they have broken the lease.

I suspect it was hard to move because of flat tires but I'm surprised someone wouldn't put tires on it and haul it off for free.
