Make sure the loan officer is familiar with 203k loans AND knows enough to ably answer your questions above.  

I would suggest calling and talking to the specific loan officer/processor who is handling your loan and find out exactly what the hold up is. 

Multiuse and MFH are very hot, but not office space.  

So i was researching some moving boxes and came across these two office trailers that are being advertised for FREE.

My suggestion is to attend REIAs, find an investor, treat them to coffee/lunch, offer to help them out with office work, rehabbing, finding deals, etc.

Tiny homes are all the rage now, so someone wanting it to downsize isn't unfeasible.

I'm thinking with her graduating college next summer and her being in the reserves (Army) it will help as the traditional W2 job with her Officer pay.
