Some Team Leaders offer training, others don't.  

I'm new to this and looking for some people to team up with.  

I would love to meet up with investors from Cumming/Alpharetta area to share exterience and maybe team up for joint ventures.Jay

I will try to assemble a team as far as contractors and lenders.

Each one is different, so I'd advisse you to check out your local office, and have a good discussion with the team leader.  

My biggest challenge is going to be putting together a reliable team.  

Making new contacts and building a new team with some serious new goals and plans. 

Building a trusted team whose goals are aligned with yours is vital.I'm happy to pay it forward and to discuss further and share my experiences both good and bad with anyone reading the post.

You want your team in place, like your inspector and realtor and lender, but don't sit around waiting for an inspection report before making an offer.

They'll have all the information.If you're just looking to get access to the MLS you could always team up with an agent who can get you all the information you need.
