Hello to All of BP, I've been lurking for several weeks, but as several BP encouragement emails suggest: I have to stop lurking and get actively involved.I am Ryan Potter, an energetic, strategic 24 year old looking to learn and be aggressively active in property investment.

I doubt many living in these types of parks all over the US qualify if they qualify they are not going to live in these places by choice. 

Unless you have a long track record and feel very confident that would be your choice

The lender can call a title/escrow company of their choice to have them do a refi escrow, and have them issue a lender't title policy.
