You may get a first time home buyer who wants some "sweat equity" to jump in somewhere, but here banks want close to "retail" and investors don't want to pay anywhere near "retail".Now if the investor wants to be anywhere around retail, skip the hassle of a short sale and just find the perfect one and buy it.

Unfortunately, this isn't unusual.You can follow the landlord/tenant laws for your state and drag this out through the process of evictions.Or (frankly) you can report that when you when into the rental unit to check it out the tenant had left the patio door wide open and someone came in and picked the place clean before you got there.It's doubtful that these deadbeats who skipped will be returning to claim anything else.
