Perhaps locate a mentor in your market or financial specialist to discuss your options and run some numbers?

You could then contact the agents for those listings as those sites require the agents to be registered with them, so there's a good chance they're REO specialists.

The lender just may require you to have more skin in the game.

Skin in the game is important to us with most financial instruments we represent.

But some work requires specialists: adding timbers to the garage to increase its load bearing capacity so that it can become a practical storage area, possibly converting the building from fuel oil to natural gas, etc.I'm looking for someone who can help me manage this process and get the right contractors for each task.
