Also factor in on-site coin  laundry bringing in another $150 a month and garages bringing in $150 a month. 

Am I just as likely to get responses from these types of leads or am I better served to exclude them?

As for underwater, never fully trust info from third party sites.

I am a broker and I only work in Commercial and yet DAILY on these forums I am in AWE at the way some of you interact both on this site as well as out there in the big world!!!

I am still wanting to do real estate investing but now I will have to find another group or something to get the information and group support I need, so if anyone's out there who has these, please let me know by replying to this post and I would be happy to move to another string to talk with people on this site.
