Can't change the use of some ho-hum to a rehabbed senior living complex or lease up to a non-profit for their clients?

I had a friend who invested heavily in senior care facilities, he bought run-down facilities, rehabbed them, and resold them at significant profit.

Bottom line, I'm excited about getting into this, determined to make it happen, and know that it would be very valuable to have people more senior to help me through this.Thanks!

In Seattle you will find that some local Banks actually have Special Loans for Canadian Citizens  ... because the Canadian economy and finance so similar to ours in the North West.

Go to every bank and talk with every officer about what you are looking for, senior citizen centers, nursing homes, local hardware stores, anywhere you can think of that might have an elderly person who might be ready to get out is who you are looking for.
