I own properties in Massachusetts, Colorado, Idaho, Las Vegas and the only state I have trouble with tenant evictions is Massachusetts where it has taken almost one year to get the court to get the tenant out of a rental unit and all of those tenants did not pay one penny of rent during the eviction time, but not in any other state that I own property in.I'm betting that Ohio is not such a tenant friendly state when you evict a tenant and the court does not want to put the tenant on the street in the cold wind and snow.
