Don't get me wrong, they are great to go to to learn and build your network, but I built my whole team from resources right here on BP.

They all have different motives, resources and limits. 

Another resource I have been able to benefit from is the removal of high-end kitchen, baths and counters which I have stored in my Barn for future rental projects.
