Can a real Estate agent help a friend find a buyer for their house outside of the Broker knowledge, without posting it in the MLS, what are the consequences?

And that's new information to the seller, you can improve your negotiation position because they are then required to disclose to future buyers is my understanding.On to the technical and again I'm brainstorming out loud here....I have ZERO experience with mud jacking as a permanent solution to slab heaving issues - however I would wonder about the feasibility of this as a 'roll the dice' kind of solution (good money vs value trade off) ...if you buy.One possible solution may be to jack the house and repour which I don't know much about how the bottom plates/wood structural would be tied into the slab - but jacking the house and re pouring sections or all of slab would be an incredibly costly endeavor.

Check in with a lot of your local RE groups and local RE meetups. also start to network with other wholesalers.

We see couple properties with FSBO (cash only so we are thinking of buying with cash and re-finance to pay back to the whatever the initial money resources) but not sure how to go from here...

I am taking courses to become a RE agent.

I'm in a strong rental market and it never takes me longer than a few days to a week, up to maybe a week and a half at the very longest to re-rent a property. 

Over time, as the property value after rehab seasons, you pay down the note a bit, and receive additional cash flow, re-configuring the financing on the property might produce more bang for the buck. 

We had normal homeowners and an umbrella policy for 2 million and are re-evaluating what the appropriate coverage amounts are. 

I am still very interested in this pursuit, but a few life events have caused me to put the RE investing on hold.
