I am brand new to all of this but ive decided im finally going to pull the trigger and do my first flip.

Decide how much money you have access to, & the zip codes, city or state you want to focus on.

I have decided to bid higher than the asking price and I'm really comfortable with my numbers. 

I just went PRO this week and decided to take advantage of all the great BRRR tools provided.

Personally,  I've decided to avoid any more purchases within seattle itself,  though I'd like my next property,  whatever it ends up being,   to be as close in as possible.

Thank you Ron.With the other input, and listening to the interview on BP with the lawyer in Illinois (which seems to have similar laws to MA), I tore up my plans and decided to get as simple as possible.
