I do not believe that he is connected with anyone in Colorado.His website that is on BBB is www.bridgehouseamerica.com.That site is no longer active, so I was correct in my statement.His company has relocated from AZ to CA and is now www.bridgehouseinvestors.comHe verbally agreed to pay me June rent tomorrow (Mon Aug 12, 2019) and stated to send him repairs for damages the tenant caused.Here is hope that this can be resolved amicably.I will update this post once I receive the money we are owed. the power of BP..

I'm a newer investor and got started all thru the power of the BP Forums about 1year ago.

a power of attorney missing from the chain is not even close to the same problem as a missing assignment.Of course all the facts haven't been shared here (and this is not a state-specific response) but it sounds like the problematic deed can be re-recorded after being executed by a person with the appropriate authority, or by the recording of the missing POA.
