For a strip center, though, all of this is a ways down the line.As far as mom and pop tenants, I would be shocked if anyone is signing now and waiting 2 years to take a space, so I wouldn’t depend on that.

I have used the same back Santander for duration of my house flipping career with the hopes that could one day pull a loan from them well today I got a shock when I tried to pull a home equity loan/line of credit on my lastest project I chose to keep, I was declined the loan because they don't consider my income sustainable even tho I have a collateral to protect the loan.

Plus from there I am at, the only way is up :) Although, looking today I shocked myself.

However, as soon as I got back and did some research on the area I was a bit shocked.

Most likely PVC with coupling will not work, then I will go back to copper.But if the copper is strapped to the framing in between and the coupling is caught and I can't tease it out, then I have a problem.As far as cutting CI, I used to use Lenox diamond blades, but last year I tried a newer blade by Diablo extreme thick metal carbide tipped blade, and was pleasantly surprised how well that worked.
