Can you rent out individual rooms/units while you hold a master lease on the whole property?

Her room is currently being restored, she can't stay there, I offered her to stay in my master bedroom in the meantime, I put new sheets and everything and I stayed with my girlfriend in her house.

Pretty much the entire inside of the house is brand new excluding the cabinets, countertops and master shower. 

I have two vendors that have my personal key and the master key to my units.

@Byron Villela Jr. you are on the right track - you first have to master yourself anf your personal finances, before you are ready to scale into REI.

The whole thing in my opinion is ridiculous... any quack on the internet with a masters degree in psychology can issue an ESA letter from anywhere in the country to a "patient" they've never met so they can bring their cats and snakes into my properties without paying additional deposits or pet rents.

Each property in my portfolio is owned by a separate LLC which are derivatives of a master, ie: LLC1, LLC2, and so on. 

The masters guests are going to be using the furniture, sheets and dishes of the other tenants.

Everything can be mastered once you know what it is you are required to do.
