There is a huge virtual community of members as well, but there is nothing like networking with like minded people in person. 

I, personally, invest in midwest markets where the properties cash flow day 1.

This landlord owner is now facing an eviction proceeding since the person they approved to put into the townhouse stopped paying rent after moving in. 

House hacking will also give you some personal "property management" experience.

We've done a lot in Plant City...both personally and financing flips/construction/rentals for customers.

It just seems as though their timeline does not align with your timeline and personal circumstances. 

I personally invest here for both the cash flow and appreciation.

These builders & flippers, etc are risking their money daily (Plans aligned, calculated) in order to grow personally, mentally, & physically.

I always want to have a personal connection with someone I am referring business to...someone that I know, like, and trust...someone that I would use myself.Here in Chicago, there are a lot of bad property management companies so just asking a question like this shows that Landmark is going about things the right way.
