Updates:Audis are not meant to be trucks...my suspension broke...I should probably add that to renovation costs:)Finishing up the floor today, most of the painting is done, new doors and new windows went in, we put together the cabinets and installed them, rewired most of the apartment, eliminated the old "knob and tube" wiring, etc.When they say everything that could go wrong , will go wrong....they are not kidding.

Each town/office/worker is different and it's hard to paint them all with the same brushes.

Painting cabinets?

We're currently doing major cosmetic updates including fresh paint, new carpet and LVT throughout the unit, adding cabinet hardware, new countertops, sink and pull out faucets.

Spend the money on paint and maybe refacing the cabinets.

This house needed major updating in the kitchen and bath, some plumbing repairs, new appliances, and new paint and carpet.

It was built in 2005 and in good shape (needed paint and a few other small things). 

I closed on Oct 2020, and then did a full paint job, new floors, painted kitchen cabinets and replaced countertops, etc.

Full interior rehab like to the studs, or just cosmetic like some paint and cleaning?

The house needs a lot of updating- new bathrooms, kitchen, paint, floors…I spoke to one contractor on the phone who thought it should cost about 30K for what I wanted to do.
