The whole trip will run you flight/hotel/food/entertainment maybe $3k that you get to expense at the end of the year anyway.I wouldn't play in that zip-code, I would do anything along Livernois North of U of D...Also don't be afraid to look in the North End(woodward between grand blvd and Chicago).

I think he avoids me now as he knows his threats just entertain me, but they raise his blood pressure (my wife initially had her blood pressure raised, but even she is now entertained by them).A third party that typically strives to justify the negotiated price indicates the property is worth over $10K less than the negotiated price.
