My two mortgage guys, the same thing.Who can I go to for an unbiased opinion that can look at the whole picture?

My personal opinion is that you first need to decide what it is that you ultimately want.

Obviously, this means you'll have to spend some money, but the results are worth it (in my opinion, and in my market). 

In my *opinion*, usually the people you hear telling you flat out that wholesaling is illegal are real estate agents.

Hi All,I am wondering what opinions people have about up-and-coming RE-tech startups that offer crowdfunding platforms or tokenized investment solutions in an attempt to solve the high barrier to entry (accessibility) and liquidity problems in real estate investing (would anyone consider using these platforms as an alternative to traditional real estate investing at any stage in their endeavors?)

I only have one that im getting free  ( but still worthwhile for the small price they sell them for in my opinion ) if you are available.  

If things are amicable enough just one expert accountant can do it, in my opinion.

Just looking for someone with more experience to give their opinion or tips.

In your opinion and (if you could support your viewpoint with an example or reason would be helpful) - better to hold or sell this property and 'upgrade' to a multi-family instead?
